This problem has to do with circular dependency in DLLs, and should be fixed in version 4.01.03.

You must use LOG_API from BSA 1.87 package.

Sandboxie 4.01.02 32-bit:

When LOG_API from BSA package is injected, sandboxed applications do not run.

Same LOG_API is working fine for other versions of Sandboxie.
