Do you use the Drop Rights setting in Sandboxie? The explanation in this post may apply.

Using Firefox 22, Win 7 Pro SP1, 64 bit, Sandboxie 4.04...

When the taskbar is set to auto-hide, and Firefox is maximized (not full-screen), the taskbar (whether at bottom or at top of screen) will not unhide.

I have tried this with FF outside of a sandbox, and the problem doesn't then arise. So I am pretty sure it must be SB causing the problem.

Any suggestions?
