When does the message appear? Is it every time you perform a specific action?
Are you trying to launch a Sandboxed app and receive the message?
Or, does it just happen every time you reboot / start up the computer, without performing any other actions?

I'm running a standard user account, not connected to any domain. Just an ordinary, non-admin account.

Yes, it also happens with 5.25.1.

I'm using Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit and Windows Defender. I don't think either of them would try to block the process.

Are there any other logs I can supply to help you figure this out?

Google Chrome also has "sandbox" and yet it does not trigger "SBIE2205 Service not implemented: CreateDesktop"

SBIE2205 Service not implemented: CreateDesktop

How to reproduce:
1. Download Firefox 60 RC1 from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/cand ... n64/en-US/
2. Extract the archive firefox-60.0.zip
3. Right-click firefox.exe and choose "Run Sandboxed" and then DefaultBox
4. Firefox will open and you will get "SBIE2205 Service not implemented: CreateDesktop"
5. Firefox is not responding to anything except to the "X" - close window

I have also tested older versions (beta): Firefox 60.0b16 and is the same "SBIE2205 Service not implemented: CreateDesktop"

What is triggering the message, exactly? I found this entry in our sbie message list:

Also (in case you are using Win Insider builds), the latest officially supported version of Fast Ring (Windows 10 Insider) is 17101

However, we are currently testing v1803 build 17134.5 and not receiving the message you are referring to (please provide repro steps).
