Re: 5.17 Beta Available (latest version 5.18)
5.18 hasn't fixed the slow Firefox 64bit quick file recovery for me. Will this be in the next beta?
BTW Firefox 53 (release version) seems to crash now and again when sandboxed. Almost never had crashes previously. Haven't noticed a common factor/web site.

Re: 5.17 Beta Available (latest version 5.17.6)
henryg, I downloaded files using the latest stable version of Firefox x64 and noticed a delay as well. It does not seem happen with other apps/ browsers (including Firefox x86). Can you confirm? For example, copy a file to your Downloads folder (Sandboxed) and see if you are prompted with Quick Rec...

Re: 5.17 Beta Available (latest version 5.17.6)
Now I'm not sure if this is a beta issue or a Creators update issue, or both, but the quick recovery window is taking a long time to pop up after a download; even after a 100KB pdf download which should have been effectively instantaneous. I have no way to isolate further, due to my OS update that i...

Re: Excel 2016 (365 version) SERIOUS PROBLEM!!
It does appear to do so. How did SB affect a non-sandboxed program? Potential to do so for other programs?
Do you want to edit the title to say "SOLVED". I couldn't do so. And move it for that matter; I never intended for it to be separate from other beta issues.

Re: Excel 2016 (365 version) SERIOUS PROBLEM!!
Hello henryg , Can you please provide more information regarding how are you reproducing the issue? Open spreadsheet, highlight data range, go to Data Tab and click on "From Table" under "Get & Transform". Watch the query editor window open...and crash! If the problem is happening outside Sandboxie...

Excel2016(365version) SERIOUS PROBLEM![RESOLVED Beta 5.17.6]
Sandboxie 5.17 is causing Excel 2016 to crash every time when using the data query editor (formerly Power Query) when I try to create a table query. I have lost so much time over this as it never occurred to me that Sandboxie c/would affect a program that was not being sandboxed! Ironically perhaps,...

Re: Firefox is freezing with Sticky Password
Hi Barb Yes, your suggestion seems to prevent Firefox freezing in a new sandbox; as opposed to not adding the $:spUIAManager.exe access setting in the same sandbox when it continued to freeze. So there is a definite link there, BUT make the same changes in my usual sandbox and FF continues to freeze...
