Re: Chrome Canary [Chrome beta 52]

Nice work Invincea! I can confirm Beta version 5.11.9 has solved the problem and I am back up running like I have been for years. Nice to see a straight up fix and not have to resort to the "Don't do that...Do this"!

Again...Nice Work Invincea! :D

Re: Chrome Canary [Chrome beta 52]

So the big question now is when is the issue going to be fixed? I have not been able to update past Version 52.0.2722.0 (64-bit) as this is the last version that works for me sandboxed.

Re: Chrome & Chromium do not terminate

Kinda figured that would be the response but as I said I do not want to install them outside of Sandboxie...so it is what it is I guess...I can't force you to look into the problems!

Thanks for the response

Chrome & Chromium do not terminate

Just wanted to let you know that the latest versions of Chrome and Chromium installed in their own sandboxes do not terminate when you close them you have to manually terminate them in Sandboxie control. In addition it also take 15 to 20 minutes to install them in there respective sandboxie but they...

Re: Really dissapointed with post 3.76 releases

Just for the record I LOVE SANDBOXIE it is one of my favorite programs and I very much want it to succeed now and in the future! With that said this post is to provide some support to the views of Superkyro and Buster. I am an old timer here as well though I do not post very often, however, I do vis...

Re: Eraser 6.2.0.2962

Yes, I have had the same experience exactly! Notwithstanding Sandboxie the new version works better on my system IMHO.

I could not find any documentation for the new version that suggests anything has changed with their command line structure

If you say so I won't argue, however, I do consider password management and storage a critical component of any security suite in this case Norton and also the fact that with the toolbar enabled it causes a significant delay when starting Firefox (with it disabled it works fine) but not to worry I w...

Yeah...tzuk, the developer, has not been seen on the forum for at least 2 weeks now! If you have been following the forum you can clearly see that there are a lot of issues that have not been resolved! IMHO tzuk has been overwhelmed by problems ever since Sandboxie 4.0+ was released. Sandboxie 3.76 ...

Hi Norton Support...yes I have run LiveUpdate and rebooted (until no updates are available) as I am very diligent in making sure all the programs on my 4 computers are updated! Problem remains!

Add-ons shown in Firefox...

I assume my issue is similar but I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit, IE11 & 4.07.02...the bowser tries to start but never gets to the home page then it just quits. Also after it quits iexplore.exe hangs in the sandbox so I need to terminate it to clear the sandbox. Reverted to 4.07.01 as well!

@Pete Thanks for your understanding! :) @nananal Thanks for your reply but I do not know what you mean "extract Skypeportable outside Sandboxie" or how to do it. I know you can install Skypeportable outside the sandbox and then just run the executable sandboxed but that defeats what I am trying to d...

Well I am glad the first part works for you...unfortunately the second part is still broken as you described. I never picked up on it as I never use Norton's password vault I just hide the toolbar. I did test both the regular and portable versions (24) of Firefox and both exhibit the same problem. W...
