Ultimately, if something from one sandbox is triggered to open a new application, that application will open in that same sandbox. There isn't a way to change that.

I installed Pale moon and tested it out within the Sandbox with it configured to delete contents on exit. I am successful. Are there background processes running that aren't stopping for you? That would be my first guess, that not everything has closed.

You can restrict all programs in a specific Sandbox from accessing the internet. In Sandbox Settings under Restrictions > Internet Access > Select Block All Programs.

Delete the sandbox refers to deleting the contents of the sandbox, so this would be B. Thanks for the suggestion. Changing the phrasing would make it clearer.

You can force a specific browser to run in a specific sandbox. Go to the Sandbox settings for that Sandbox, then Applications, then the application/browser.
