Retrieving Product Key

So I'm a long time Sandboxie user (it's super great) and just purchased a new PC, but I've noticed there seems to be no easy way to find and transfer my product key from my old machine to the new one. Am I missing something obvious or do I need to email support to obtain my existing license?

I solved this problem by updating Chrome outside the sandbox. (Help > About Google Chrome -- Wait for the auto update to finish.)

Since sandboxed versions of Chrome autoupdate (while the unsandboxed Chrome can't), they're blocked by Sandboxie whenever internet restrictions are enabled.

I had the same issue after downloading BitDefender's free av for 2013. Nothing I found, including the suggestions in this thread, worked. Installing Comodo's browser fixed the problem for my home PC.
