Solved the problem myself.... Forced OE to load sandboxed and in settings/applications/email reader/[+] Outlook Express. Now web links in email open just fine.

Checked out your link and everthing is as it should be according to the example. So "Sandboxie" is the problem.

Hi, newbie here.
When I specify iexplore.exe in forced programs the links in Outlook Express wont work. Disable the forced programs and the links open a un-sandboxed web page. Probable a simple solution but cant find any other post relating to this problem.
Hoping some one can help me.
