Re: Chrome suddenly not working in Sandbox
HiTechLover, Agree a clean install would probably be great but it's also a last resort since all profiles would have to be re-created from scratch. Do you know if a 'Windows Refresh' where the user files are retained would work? I will try it if I encounter more problems but insights from someone w...

Re: Chrome suddenly not working in Sandbox
To everyone with Creators Update problem, Do a clean install of the new OS which I did and everything runs perfectly smooth and fast; I love the new update. Microsoft had fixed all if not all previous known bugs in this update that I found gone. DON'T use ancient computers which is more than 5 years...

Re: 5.19 Beta Available (latest version 5.19.2)
Barb, I figured out what is really going on with my problem. I had set the cache location of IE11 to my ramdisk drive Z. However, I had changed the drive letter when I was testing some software and reverted back later, IE11 changed its cache folder into the sandbox which is weird. The counters2.dat ...

Re: 5.19 Beta Available (latest version 5.19.2)
Hello, Why is there a file named "counters2.dat" in the DefaultBox of Sandboxie 5.19.2? This file cannot be deleted and always there even when restart computer. I cannot clear the sandbox because of this file. This looks like a spyware or some kind of tracker to me. It was never there until I instal...

Re: Fail to Launch Adobe Audition or Photoshop after Install

Re: Photoshop CC 2017 Install Crash!
Barb, You are using the latest Sandboxie beta version which is why it doesn't crash at the end of the Photoshop installation. This is how I test new software by installing it under Sandboxie. I don't want to install any software on my system that I haven't tested or used before. This is the best way...
