I want to say my goodbyes too. I've been using Sandboxie for years and loved it. A brilliant piece of software. You were a visionary and an innovator. You've changed the internet for the better for many of us.
I wish you well and I hope you are happy. You will be missed.
Best regards,
Bob

LibreOffice 4.1.0.4 and Sandboxie 4.05.2
Just an FYI. The new LibreOffice 4.1.0.4 release works just fine under Sandboxie 4.05.2 (maybe even 4.04...I haven't tried it yet). On previous LibreOffice 4 releases I had to add a -o switch to LibreOffice's execute command to allow it to open within Sandboxie, but, thankfully, no more. Hope you fi...

Same problem except I'm using Firefox. I closeout Firefox but the sandbox contents is not deleted. Sandboxie is still active and in Task Manager Firefox is still listed. I can kill Firefox in Task Manager and Sandboxie deletes the sandbox contents. I can also choose Teminate All Programs in Sandboxi...

Hi tzuk, Hopefully version 4.0.1.02 fixes the problems I'm having with LibreOffice 4.0 (under 3.6.5, no problem at all). I can click on the LibreOffice icon, Sandboxie activates for one or two seconds then the delete icon appears and LibreOffice doesn't open. Yet if I click on an already saved docx ...

trespasser, the problem is that Tzuk would have to do the changes with every build, since there are some many different builds it would be a quite time consuming effort ... Maybe yes...maybe no. Obviously there were some changes made to the security structure of Windows 7 beyond RC or Sandboxie wou...

I upgraded to 7231 just today. Can't really tell any difference between 7201 and 7231. Now if we compare RC and 7201 or 7231 then there is a difference at least as far as Group Policy goes. Under RC I got totally locked out at one point (on a reboot) after making my usual adjustments in SRP>Enforcem...

I think that you are missing the point, Trespasser. Tzuk IS going to support Win 7. It's just that "other builds are not supported at this time" -> but they will be, in the future. I'm well aware of tzuk's position on "other builds" thus my question about reconsidering that position. And, I'm not m...

Windows 7 b7201 and Sandboxie
tzuk, I wish you'd change your mind about making Sandboxie compatible with Windows 7 versions beyond RC. I'm running build 7201. There's really nothing out there to protect my computer right now. BTW, Windows 7 is being RTM'd next month and offered to the public in October. I think version 7201 is p...

I thought KeyScrambler had a system driver component? You may need to allow driver access from your sandbox. I should have explained myself better. I had to give unrestricted access to the KeyScrambler extension in Firefox's Profiles folder. Sorry, I'm on my laptop right now running Ubuntu or I wou...
