Updating to the latest version should retain your settings and customizations.

For your own assurance, you can save a copy of the sandboxie.ini file found in C:\Windows\ before updating.

That is correct, tzuk, i am using srware iron 20.0.1150.1 portable version and have the same configuration as OP and did not see any problem.

The site is not updated but i believe the link you download from will give you the 20.0.1150.1 version.

Try this newly released Mozilla Firefox version 14.0.1 to see if it fixes your reported issues.
