I have found the issue. It doesn't exist, if "Actual Windows Manager" (from actualtools.com) isn't running. It's a new incompatibility between IE in sandboxie 5.12 and AWM. Do you still need the procmon log?

Thank you for you reply, but 5.11.10 was a beta. The link you have posted doesn't include beta versions. It is only the history of final versions. I have taken the 5.10 x64 and the problem with Internet Explorer on Windows 7 x64 doesn't exist with it.

Update: Just did a quick test run of both the x86 and x64 versions of media player classic 1.7.10. Reset sandbox.ini to defaults and tested the same file in both on 5.11.5. No issues.
