Safepay is designed to protect the browser from the rest of the system, for example when you perform financial transactions on an infected system. Sandboxie on the other hand protects the rest of the system from the browser (and other sandboxed applications).

MY profile folder is not located under Program Files. It's under "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome". Chrome itself is under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\29.0.1547.66".
