Sandboxie Support

i click on the sandboxie icon and it begins to open in the browser... immediate this popup message appears... if i close the message, it continues to popup and slows down the process of doing anything

windows 7 SBIE 5.20 avast/malware 2 days ago, i started getting these popup messages from sandboxie... they are error message... after the SBIE2327 error in COM server, there is a help, hide and close button, also a copy contents to clipboard and close window... what are these and why have they star...
