Time freeze is not the type of program you want to install in a sandbox. Delete the sandbox. I think you should follow the suggestion I gave you in my previous post and forget about Time freeze for now. it seems it is affecting..because i can't find files i downloaded

i installd toolwiz in SB. nothing (without norton installed) has crashed.
so now toolwiz doesn't affect the os outside the san right?

oh i forgot one question. when i download something without recover, it is in SB,ok

but. if i search that file through file manager, i can reach that folder,open and the folder has not yellow frame,so i suppose it is not sandboxed, why?
