I also get the SBIE2209 error after startup with Win10 1803 (Pro, 64Bit, 17134.1) with 2 different PC with Sandboxie v5.24 and after updating to v5.25.2, too. I have nearly the same problem - all audio files: no sound, in my case video seams to work, but all without sound. All is ok outside the sandbox.
