Templates.ini in 4.05.05

Could someone point me to templates.ini in 4.05.05? I'd like to add a Local Application under Sandbox Settings, and don't have a clue how. A template will (hopefully) point me in the right direction. Alternately, are there any help files online to help clear the hurdle? Thanks -

Not sure what will be said about this, but I'm not sure you'll like the answer. :) Is it just browsers you're talking about, or is there other stuff you actually NEED to run in XP Mode?
