I'm using both apps, Sandboxie 3.29.24 and Foxit Reader 2.3 b3201 (OS Windows XP Home SP3) and i don't have any problem with ForceProcess, because like I said previously, Foxit start always as a sandboxed process.

I'm using Foxit Reader 2.3-3201 (paid version), and i can't to reproduce this issue with Sandboxie 3.29.24

Here, with the line ForceProcess=Foxit Reader.exe into the .ini file, Foxit start always as a sandboxed process.
