Is there a plugin or something that can make the deletion more secure? Much like how BCWipe can, and other softwares?

For me it can disappear if I do "alt-tabs" sometimes between applications.

I don't want to mess around too much better they can't interact with the surrounding things. As long as I still can see my movies I'm quite content.

It is automatic. I've set it to hide after 500 ms (½ second), standard is 1000 ms (1 second). But it might have something to do whit what permissions it has. Perhaps it needs access to a registry setting? I don't know how to check that though :\
