ok, thanks. I am really surprised that SBIE is never tested on touch screen. Surface pro must not be an uncommon device even in business set ups.Touch screens are so ubiquitous.

Installed v 4.0.8 and 9 beta on Lenovo miix 2 8 tablet, windows 8.1. When I run internet explorer it fails to run inside sandbox and runs ok outside. No other software installed. Weired that no one else seems to report it.

I tested it and malware seems to do nothing. May be vmaware.

To correct the record I think it was a stupid question on my behalf. ARM version of windows 8 will not allow a non-Microsoft code in desktop mode so no SBIE there. It is very good decision from MS to support ARM etc. It gives customers more choices. I don,t see any reason to criticize this. As far as coding is concerned, people's will do code anything if they get the reward for it.

Hmmm.... I really wish you can review your decision. That means no protection for win 8 ARM tablets from SBIE.

I don,t know where I should post this. Just want to ask if there are any plans to support windows 8 as an App in metro style for sandboxie. Seems so early to ask but I am curious as there is strong rumor that ARM tablets will have only metro style software, no legacy desktop mode.
