How to rename a sandbox?
In your case, you would create a new sandbox that you can name YouTube for the specific purpose of downloading videos from YouTube. Bo How do I anoint the name 'Youtube' for the sandbox? Usually I right click on Firefox, and select 'Run Sandboxed', and then Firefox runs sandboxed. I don't see an op...

next step?
The sandbox is simply a folder on your computer. There isn't a storage limit per se. There is a copy limit [that can be adjusted] http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?CopyLimitKb To access the copy limit I did this: Sandboxie Control > Sandbox Settings > File Migration Now what do you recommend I cha...

Re: instant recovery of files in the folder "Downloads"
I would like only my Youtube downloads to go straight to my Downloads folder in Windows 8.1. Should I follow the same suggestions? Re: A really secure file encryption solution
I was reading Cryptomator's support forum and found ppl talking about other solutions! There's eCryptFS, GoCryptFS, and my chosen one EncFS! Surprisingly, BoxCryptor was all this time using EncFS as its backend! They took a FOSS and stripped its features (encrypt file names) and released as their o...

I'm surprised, I incorrectly assumed you worked with SBIE company and

Re: Windows explorer closes automatic
Faustenhammer, even though the new sandbox did not work, remove it and try creating another one. And leave default settings in place, in other words, allow all programs to run and connect and dont tick Drop rights. Dont copy settings from any existing sandbox. McAfee SiteAdvisor conflicts with SBIE...

Re: instant recovery of files in the folder "Downloads"
But the files are shown me not immediately on host system - where may be the error? I think Arielle01 wants downloads to go straight into the Downloads folder bypassing sandboxing. If that's the case, Arielle, you need to allow your browser direct file access to the downloads folder. Sandbox settin...
