It's adviced to add in Direct Acess (OpenFilePath) to solve the issue:

Since you use e.g. CCleaner (sandboxed) to delete garbage files it seems your issue is solved (no looping issues comes out); don't use it to clean registry garbage - to avoid freezes problems.

You can uninstall software inside CCleaner sandboxed also.

@ tonecool, you can try System Explorer. Their snapshot feature is very good to my needs. I'm not sure if it works well in 64bits OS though.
