Re: Sandboxie crashes when browsing from Opera

Hello mihzaha,

Could you please provide an example of a website so that we can test it?
Which OS are you using?

Can you try installing Opera outside the Sandbox, then launch it sandboxed and see if the issue happens that way ?

Regards.

Re: Sandboxie 5.12 installer MD5 mismatch

All,

The MD5 hash posted on the site is wrong. We will work on updating it.
I used a hash checker and got this result for MD5 ---> 2f5dde6da28022e1d8d38851aea26c00

Re: No Sound with Video on FF 50.0

Hello grants, Please provide further info regarding your setup: OS and SBIE version Firefox version (64 bits or 32?) . There are some issues with the 64 bits version of Firefox, but 32, so far seems to work fine. Is this affecting every video you attempt to play? Does it happen in a new Sandbox? Her...

Re: Sandboxie UAC mode (on windows 7) overloading cpu

Here's a thread related to the Nvidia drivers + Sbie

http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/view ... 11&t=23306

As for running multiple instances, that is based on the program. You may want to check Steam Forums to see what's new with the latest update.

Re: Windows Meida Player after anniversary update

Hello indyjones,

Do you have any links to the videos you are trying to play?
There are currently some topics related to Flash , as well as Nvidia drivers issues, but I need more info to reproduce the problem and see if it is related.

Thanks!

Re: Problem with 5.15.4 BETA

WilliamP, Can you try opening anything other than Firefox, and see if the error pops up after closing it? The problem seems to be related to deleting the contents in the Sandbox . Please try to manually delete the contents and see if you get any errors (you'll have to disable the automatic delete op...

Re: Sandboxie UAC mode (on windows 7) overloading cpu

tapaiaron, It sounds that what you are doing is running several instances of the same program (csgo). Sandboxie was not designed for this purpose, so it depends on the program whether this can be achieved or not. Running one instance of Steam -as Admin- + Game did not trigger any issues for me. You ...

tapaiaron, I installed Steam on a VM with Windows 7 x64 and 2 gigs of RAM. I started it as admin, downloaded a game and launched i (all via Sandboxie). I also created 2 more sandboxes and started 2 applications as Administrator. Aside from a few spikes, I am not seeing 100% cpu usage (more like 76 -...

Re: Windows Server 2012 issue

Hello chmurilo, Running multiple instances of a program will only work if the program allows for it. Sandboxie was not designed for this purpose. You can review the following thread for some workarounds that might work for you (like creating copies of the application with different names): http://fo...
