Re: Firefox 58 very slow with Sandboxie
I tried everything you mentioned, even going to 32bit and nothing worked. Then I realized something. (Wish I thought of this sooner). I bet the problem I'm having is directly related to the no sound issue. So I applied this fix here... Open Firefox outside Sandboxie type about:config and accept the ...

Firefox 58 very slow with Sandboxie [SOLVED]
The lag time in youtube alone has me going back to an earlier version. It takes 5 to 10 seconds for each video to load. Non-sandboxed it's pretty much instant. Not to mention, the lack of sound issue still persists. (And I'm not interested in work-arounds) I can duplicate this on both my Windows 8.1...

Re: SBIE2314 Opera crash when accessing Facebook
I seem to have found the solution. I found this post concerning the SBIE2101 error I posted above.

The post by Mr.X seems to have fixed it. (Knock on wood)

Re: SBIE2314 Opera crash when accessing Facebook
Same thing is happening to me with Windows 8.1 and Chrome. It started happening a few months ago but today it got much worse and now I can't go into FB at all. SBIE2101 Object name not found: \Device\QWAVEdrv, error CreateFile (C0000022) access=00120089 initialized=1 SBIE2314 Canceling process chrom...

Re: Sandboxie cannot open (a sandboxed) Firefox anymore
Screw Norton and go with free (or paid) Avira. I've been using it for years without any problems. I know a guy who actually makes money removing Norton from peoples computers. The insidious thing about Norton is it still exists even after you remove it from Add/Remove.

I downloaded from that link of yours and I did not experience the issue that I saw on your YT video. I'm using the latest Sandboxie.
Just an FYI...

Re: SB hasn't been able to run Chrome for weeks.
I'm sure you've tried this but just in case you haven't...
Delete the contents of your Sandbox. (Even if you haven't been able to use it).
Then open normal Chrome. Wait about ten seconds. Close nornal Chrome.
Now try Sandboxed Chrome.

Re: Sandboxie crashes after download
I've been having this problem a lot lately. It's not just with zip files, it can be with anything. I did a lot of fiddling around with SB settings and I found one that did the trick. I disabled Immediate Recovery. After I did this it stopped happening. It doesn't take a lot more effort to go to Quic...

Re: Sandboxie stops working without warning
I've had Sandboxie crash, without notice, a number of times over the last few years using Chrome. I would be surfing and then I would suddenly notice my blue border (that I setup) would be gone without notice...it really freaked me out. I can't list specific versions but they would be right up until...

Re: Chrome suddenly stopped working in sandboxie
Same thing happened to me today. I just got a blank screen in Chrome when sandboxded. I was using 4.08 at the time and this gave me the push I needed to go to 4.14. So I removed 4.08 and installed 4.14. I think its better to do that than just install without removing the old version. Fortunately my ...

Lastpass no longer logins upon Chrome startup
Lastpass just updated automatically today to version 3.1.1. Since then, when I load Chrome, it no longer starts automatically. As long as it's set to login automatically on normal Chrome, it has previously done the same thing on sandboxed Chrome.
