Thank you so much for this fix Tzuk. You've fixed the problem that conflicted with the AVG anti-virus. I haven't tested out Avast yet but I'm just happy that everything is back to normal now.

Thanks speleo for the help. I already tried it again and doesn't work. Are you using the new Avast 4.8.1201? I know Avast 4.7 works with Sandboxie but it will forcefully make you update to 4.8 if it connects to the internet now.
