Have you allowed direct access to your whole Firefox profile?

I am currently using Sandboxie 4.12 and Firefox 32.0.3. I now want to install and use Emet 5 with this setup. Is this recommended? Does anyone got any experience to share with Emet 5 and Sandboxie?

I can update to the latest beta version of Sandboxie if that will help.
