https on Sandboxie.com
I just tried going to http s ://www.sandboxie.com but was unable to. I am somewhat surprised and concerned that https doesn't work on Sandboxie.com right now considering these forums transmits login information as well as downloadable files. Someone could easily do an man-in-the-middle attack when s...

Re: Atom Tables?
:?: If an infected executable were to be accidentally run during a sandboxed session, would the modified atom tables be returned to their prior status -- when the sandbox is dumped? I think you are asking the wrong question. Atom tables are only used in this attack to make other processes run malic...

Re: Anyone Not Using Windows Updates In Lieu of Sandboxie+ot
A solid AV with Sandboxie, along with a secured browser (adblock etc) and conscientious web behavior seems pretty secure. Is anyone not using Windows Update at all? You should use Windows Update or you will be just as safe soon as any Windows XP or Windows 98 user is. Windows Update havn't broken S...

Re: Alternative sandbox program for Tor - suggestions.
SBIE doesn't do half measure. It does feel like you do when you choose to ignore TBB. I understand it might be difficult to make it work but I really doubt anything is impossible. In my opinion Tor should be a high priority for you guys. It is targeted by many organisations and governments with a l...

Re: Alternative sandbox program for Tor - suggestions.
It's very hit or miss, and when it does work, it's very slow. Thus why it's not supported, just too much required to make it work correctly. It works very quickly for me without any crashes. Does that mean Sandboxie is not really protecting TOR but only gives impression (I can see it in the Sandbox...

How targeted is Sandboxie by malware creators?
Have there been any attempts by exploit kits or any other malware to break out of Sandboxie? If not, is it because of it's too costly or difficult to break out? Perhaps Sandboxie is not large enough to yet be a problem for malware to spread? If yes, is there any additional settings in Sandboxie to g...

Sandboxie, Emet 5 and Firefox
I am currently using Sandboxie 4.12 and Firefox 32.0.3. I now want to install and use Emet 5 with this setup. Is this recommended? Does anyone got any experience to share with Emet 5 and Sandboxie?
I can update to the latest beta version of Sandboxie if that will help.
Thanks.

Re: Alert of Firefox not running in Sandboxie
'Sandboxie can also draw a colored border around the active (foreground) window, if that windows belongs to a sandboxed program. Use the third checkbox to enable this behavior and choose the border color for programs in this sandbox.' http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?AppearanceSettings Thanks. I ...

Alert of Firefox not running in Sandboxie
Is it possible to setup some kind of alert (just anything will do) that would alert me if let's say Firefox is not running in Sandboxie? I would be fine doing it in a .bat file, task scheduler or about just any way possible. I have tried to look for ways to check if "[#]" is at the start of the wind...
