Sandboxie Support

Just after updating to the latest Windows 10 Home (April 2018 Update) whatever I try to launch results in the following error:

SBIE1241 Unable to mount registry hive [C000003A / 22]
SBIE2314 Closing Start.exe


What could it be?

Besides Comodo Firewall, I have avast! free. Only File System and Web shields are enabled. All others "extra" protectons modules are disabled. I have Malwarebytes' Antimalware installed, but without real-time protection.

Sorry but this is not an Internet Explorer case (IE), it's an Explorer case (C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.exe). I can't open a window with files, folders, copy, paste, etc... Hi! I don't know if there are more programs, but after some (successful) testing, I've found two Windows programs that cannot be opened sandboxed: Explorer and Notepad. I receive an error 0xc00000e5. What does it mean and how can i fix it?

I would like to make clear that I can't run Firefox sandoboxed only, but every program, even Explorer. Problem is that Start.exe can not simply run.
