3.2 is a huge step forward. Well most of the changes are the user interface so also 3.0 was a big step but for the every day users there are really nice features in 3.2 that makes life easier!

3.0 :)

2.86 was very good regarding security but 3.0 is another class.

Sandboxie 3.0 is the most bulletproof application (with that concept) I ever have seen :!: :D

IE7 and IE6 by sandboxed install ?

Was anybody successful installing IE7 and IE6 by using sandboxie together on one computer?

(Firefox is no problem, there I use beginning from 1.0 all versions up to 2.x)

Take Sandboxie. Especially the speed of development and the enhancements over the months I used the software is outstanding. :!:

TI'm just surprised at some people jumping to conclusions. For instance: ... there are a lot of other ways to get to the system level! Without going into details to much ... Perfect security?

@tzuk: You are right. It will not be easy to get around sandboxie. For average virus programmers it will be impossible. A lot of File Services like NTClose, NTCreateFile,NTDeleteFile, NTQueryxxx and the Driver Services like NTLoadDriver or also Interprocesscommunication and some other services are h...

To break out of sandboxie in a planned way, detection is the first step. I'm not going to use sandboxie for the hard stuff => vmware is definitiv much more secure. Sandboxie is one additional security layer that is available on my pc. Before sandboxie i did use limited user accounts for more securit...

I think these detection techniques are not a problem for sandboxie because they are focused on Virtual Machines. Detecting sandboxie is much more easier! => But if the number of users of sandboxie is small nobody will make a extra detection for that. In the end sandboxie works similar like a rootkit...

Reboot

@TerryWood An easy way to execute the program after reboot may be: Right click on the explorer icon in the quick-launch bar. Then select "Run sandboxed". From this explorer instance navigate to the place where your new program is installed ("Program Files/...") and execute it from there. But to stay...
