Installed fine on Win 7x64. I held my breath on my WIn 10x64 VM Build 14279, which was fine, but there was a new build 14291. But it was also fine.

Re: I can't install Office 2010 in Sandboxie
As @Bo mentioned, Office should be installed on you host machine..and then programs (especially Outlook) can be "run as' sandboxed. Make sure you make Outlook your default email reader in Sandboxie if you decide to use it. http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?ApplicationsSettings#email But I just wan...

Re: SBIE2224 Sandboxed program has crashed: DiscordSetup.exe
Never been tested from within sandboxie. Usually, this error indicates that the program can't/doesn't understand being installed in that type of environment. Those types of programs need to be able to access outside services, so it's best to install in on your host then run it "as sandboxed" and go...

HI Gizmo
I feel your pain. I now have a simple policy. If someone wants help with their computer I tell them they have to agree to use the software I suggest, and I will teach them how to use it. If they don't agree, I just don't waste my time, be it friend or family.

Re: With Sandboxie why even bother with Windows Updates ?
I agree, I wouldn't rely on SBIE alone, but I do agree a bit about windows updates. I am on Win 7 x64 also. 1. Optional updates, I hide 2. Important updates, non security, I hide. 3 Important updates, Security, I go thru them one by one, and see what they are. Pain in the neck approach, but only saf...
