well , there are FFXIV_ACT_Plugin.dll(not public) and Machina.FFXIV.dll(open source) actually. I am sure that i am running as admin and I don't drop admin rights(Default Setting).It's weird,so maybe another thing leads to this problem.I'll keep looking for a solution,but so be it now.Thanks you.
