If you are using a persistent box, eg one that doesn't auto-delete, this would be easier to pull off. In such a case you can add any registry entries or files to the sandbox. Nothing that requires and installs drivers or services will be able to install or function solely inside a sandbox. True Image requires quite a few drivers. I'd suggest you use a full VM to test it with instead.
