This happened to me too after installing Tuesdays updates (Win 8.1; Sandboxie 15.19.3).
For the time being I've ignored (and hidden) the warnings without any issue in my Firefox sandbox.

Yes, autotype is obfuscated by KeePass and communication between KeePass and KeeFox is fully encrypted.

You have two options: 1. You can run KeePass outside the sandbox and allow direct file access to the KeePass executable. 2. You can run KeePass inside the sandbox and allow direct file access to the KeePass database file. Sounds like you've gone with option 1, which is how I run it too. Your setting...

KeePass is a stand alone program. Your browser accesses KeePass through a browser add-on (like KeeFox for Firefox or ChromeIPass for Chrome). Basically the add-on makes a secure call to the KeePass program (using RPC or HTTP protocol depending on the plugin) to retrieve passwords.

SBIE seems to work okay with KeePass (I've used 2.x, imagine 1.x is the same). I run the password manager outside the browser sandbox so that there is no concern about passwords being saved in the sandbox by accident and I can deny access to the password database file.
