Unable to conecct to server in Thunderbird 31.6

I cant sign into my email when in Sandboxie but everything works fine when outside the sandbox. So how do I fix this problem? Should try the beta or do I have to manually add direct access to the folder for Thunderbird? :?:

Re: Access to passwords

There are plenty of free antikeyloggers out there you might want to try, personally I like Zemana free which can help against spyware that might be running in the sandbox. Just keep in mind depending on your SBIE configuration or your system in general like what AV your running you might run into so...

I know I'm a little late comment on this post but I looked a little into the technologies Invincea is using for malware prevention and it looks pretty impressive, if this is any indication of how skilled Invincea is then tzuk diffidently made the right chose. :D  I am now trying to plan an int...

I just updated to Avast 2014 and Sandboxie 4.06 and it seems they play nice together without any changes to settings. Should I try to do something specific to test compatibility further? Well perhaps try to run Windows File Explorer sandboxed from the notification tray right-click over the SBIE ico...

I just noticed that Avast has released a new v9 (Avast 2014) and there's only 3 shields there now, no more Behaviour shield it seems. There's DeepScreen, and all the rest of features that used to be separate "shields" are more or less intergrated in/split between the 3 remaining "shields". Yep here...

Re: @tzuk

charge every new customer five bucks for an update. I don't mind paying for major upgrades, or for a reasonable subscription period. Paying for freaking bugfixes is completely whacky. Well I can understand this business model for a lifetime licenses but not for an annual licenses, and I second that...

SBIE &Avast shield conflicts, is it possible to exclude

I just updated SBIE to 4.06 and I was prompted with a message from Sandboxie about known conflicts, and I have been experiencing some issues for a while now when ever I try to upload/download files through Windows Explorer in Firefox or pretty much any browser for that matter. And it suggested that ...

Not if you block access to those drives via Sandboxie Pete Wow even if you download and recover a file infected with this ransomware SBIE could block from accessing the external drive? No, I didn't say that. If the infected file runs sandboxed, SBIE can block it from accessing other drives and/or f...

But it still begs the question is it possible for a system restore to undue the effects of the malware? :?: I probably shouldn't say anything, since I'm not really familiar with these ransomware programs, but... Cryptolocker ransomeware

I just heard of a new type of ransomware called Cryptolocker and I doubt it could leak through SBIE, but I wonder if it's even possible for it to break through the sandbox? On that note if I understand correctly a system restore can undue it's encryption of your personal files, although I'm not a %1...

I've been experiencing exact same problem for a while now, and ever since the last updates for Windows 7 64bit I started to notice this bug :? So I'm going do a system restore (before the updates) and hopefully this will fix the problem. By the way have any of you experienced any problems with Windo...
