I use clean install of Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit (without sp1)
Only installed in Windows update the following:
Update for Windows (KB958488)
Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.256
Windows Defender (Latest update)
I don't use any anti-virus software.

I meant earlier that I've used version 5.22 (I never install beta versions). I rarely use Windows updates (I'm still in Windows 7 without sp1) I'm using windows 7 ultimate not enterprise. I'm getting the exact same problem after installing version 5.24, on Windows 7 (64 bit).
Edit: Up until today I used version 5.23 which worked perfectly fine.
