Thanks Barb for the research. I'll replace Office 2010 starter with Office 2007 (3 licences). 2007 should work with Sandboxie paid. Its not my pc btw.

I open IE11 sandboxed, from the IE11-menu I select Windows Live Mail 2012 (gets sandboxed). Then I want to open (and later print) an attached Word-file from a received mail > error 2205.

Still a no go with error 2205/CVH.exe and the latest Sandboxie (beta)version 5.17.2?

With current version of Norton Security:

Norton toolbar did work with IE11 sandboxed and the previous version of Norton Security (version before v22.9.0.68).

Rightclick "Run" > Use "Open file location" > rightclick "cmd.exe" > Run sandboxed. Works with Win 10 64 bits/Sandboxie 5.16.

Delete first the Browsing history (e.g. cookies) of Google Chrome before you sandbox Google Chrome. Or use incognito-mode.
