Re: See which license in installed
A quick update: I've contacted support, and the best way forward in such situations is to just re-license all installations simultaneously.

Re: See which license in installed
Hi Bo,
That might indeed be a better route - I just sent them an e-mail.

See which license in installed
Hi all, Over the years I have bought 5 licenses, of which 4 are in use on my various PCs. Today I wanted to set-up my son's school laptop, and naturally wanted to put Sandboxie on it - there's still a spare license key hanging around for it. But while I do have detailed records on which license keys...

Re: Thunderbird stalls under Sandboxie when saving drafts
Just necro-ing my old abandoned thread - I've not had the time to investigate this further so far, but the problem only got worse in the meanwhile. Every e-mail sending and almost every e-mail move from folder to folder now results in the 1 minute stall, so it's getting to be quite annoying to say t...

Nothing in Resource Access Monitor means...
Hi all, When I have a process running in a sandbox that I suspect blocks on something Sandboxie doesn't allow it to access, and when I open the Resource Access Monitor before I let the process perform that action, I should then get a log entry about it, right? So when I do not get a log entry in the...

Printing problem after 1320 - printer stuck (Bullzip)
Hi all, When printing from a sandboxed application to Bullzip's PDF printer, I get the SBIE 1319 and 1320 errors to notify me the spooler is trying to write outside the sandbox. Double-clicking the 1320 message should allow the process to continue. Point is, after that nothing happens :) I have look...

Re: Thunderbird stalls under Sandboxie when saving drafts
Folderpane Tools 0.6.1 is not designed to work with TB v38. I use the recommended replacement: Manually sort folders 1.1 Thanks for that suggestion; replaced that add-on, but it didn't magically fix my problem :) Will try enabling/disabling other add-ons later. To be more specific: the problem occu...

Thunderbird stalls under Sandboxie when saving drafts
Hi all, My Thunderbird and Sandboxie are at the latest version, though a couple of versions ago (both Sandboxie and Thunderbird) this problem already started. I run Thunderbird 38.3.0, 32 bit under Sandboxie 5.06 on Windows 8.1 home 64 bit, fully patched. When I run it outside of Sandboxie, the prob...

Thanks for the update Carl. I'm not surprised it was a difficult challenge. You were going for full inter-operability between applications, but your starting point was to lock up each application within its own barrier of isolation. :) I know, but I'm just stubborn ;) All those perceived benefits j...

Re: Advanced use case - inspiration needed
(sorry to bring up an old topic again, I only just now saw the last reply date, but already typed too much to throw it away again). The list of things I want in my new system set-up is: 1) keep application installations sandboxed, so that if I change my mind about an app in a few months I can easily...

I see your problem but as you know this is the way Sandboxie works. Hi Tzuk, Then this might be a nice feature suggestion? ;) Really, it would be nice if profile settings from multiple users were to be kept separated. Is there a special reason Sandboxie writes the current user's profile files to "<...

No per-user "current user" sandbox sub folder
Hi all, I use Sandboxie to install apps in their own sandbox. This way all the app's install files and data files will be in their own sandbox, which keeps it nicely separated from other apps. I have set up my sandbox root paths not to include the current user; in this way I do not have to duplicate...
