I agree with both of you.

I do think Sandboxie MIGHT be SLIGHTLY better if the other method I mentioned were used instead, but otherwise you are both correct.

Show what programs are running ...

under Sandboxie's supervision by hovering mouse over the tray Sandboxie icon.

Seeing the "pepperoni" :) is good, but I think this might be better, unless it will eat up a lot of memory to do it.

The entire program ran sluggish when I installed it in a sandbox. Later, when I installed it normally it ran at the normal speed.

I don't know any other way to say it.

Thanks for trying to find out though.

Apparently I did not make myself clear.

At one point it was installed in a sandbox, at another it was installed normally, unsandboxed. It was while it was unsandboxed that I forced the folder.

When programs run, but very slowly, are there any suggestions to get them to run normal speed in a sandbox? I am using Vista Home Basic OS, and the program in question is Weather Watcher Live v 7.0.27, Sandboxie v 3.48 I created a sandbox for it, ran the install program sandboxed there, and ran the ...

regarding Sandboxie v3.48

Within the last day or two I purchased a lifetime home license. It works but I see the message: "the license for Sandboxie will have to be reactivated in 89 days"

What does that mean? And why?
