Hi Tzuk and everyone on the forum.. Here's the Billion Dollar question. When running cmd in Sandbox I am able to run Reg.exe delete.... @tzuk Now why didn't I think of that ... WORKS GREAT!!! Thanks for the solution...this way I can remove a stupid error I was getting with a program causing a tcp/ip error when sandboxie had internet blocked but nic active. I am going to lose so much sleep over this new method of working with sandbox...

@tzuk Figured as much when the system started giving /?/ errors... and considering keeping Sandboxie or Kerio boy that was a easy choice.. Sandboxie obviously.. :D Now the only dream option i'm missing is a command line to create sandboxe's on the fly but t'il then I got a batch file that makes them...

Eureka... Sandboxie is works fine on the WinPE platform. Great News... I can Sandbox items in Windows PE.

@SnDPhoenix With A43 as the Explorer and GeoShell_R4.11.10 I am able to install Sandboxie in Windows PE mode and it works great.
