I can't seem to get programs to download from internet links nor will CTRL-J work (brings up download list) in IE11.

Windows 10 Pro x64

OK, a follow up from above

- 10240 installed x64
- sandboxie 5.01 installed, registered and activated
- ie11 forced program

-ie11 sandboxed now works

Bingo!! The setting [+] Allow direct access to Internet Explorer Cookies was turned on. When turned off, the web page loads properly. - 4.05.01 sandboxie (registered and activated)
- win 8 / 32-bit
- no other software

www.qz.com --> still does not load

but unsandboxed loads fine

I am using desktop ie10 in regular/standard not InPrivate mode (nor metro ie10).
