Re: 5.19 Beta Available (latest version 5.20 RC)
Hi, Thanks for your dev efforts. I have an "issue" to report. Why is it that I keep getting the error message "SBIE2205 Service not implemented: DDE DATA" when using firefox 53.0.3 sandboxed (under Sandboxie 5.19.5) when copying text into Windows clipboard, by selecting and pressing Ctrl+C? This "pr...

There's a post at AdMuncher.com that may work. I haven't tried it. http://www.admuncher.com/wiki/Ad_Muncher/4.72/No_filtering_under_Sandboxie Thanks, Guest10. I followed your suggestion and applied it, but the problem persists. I contacted support. I was told they'll contact me back soon, hopefully...

Ad Muncher and Sandboxie
Hi, I tried to seek help around the forum posts, but found none dealing with the subject. How to make Ad Muncher work with Sandboxie ? When NOT running Ad Munch.exe Sandboxed, it blocks web browsing, even with Ad Muncher executables included in the list of apps allowed to access the Internet. When a...

Can Sandboxie Protect us from This?
http://null-byte.wonderhowto.com/blog/h ... p-0134709/
If it can, is that also the case of Windows 7-32/64 users, with all Windows updates in place?
This same question was made in another forum as regards WinXP.
Thanks.

Hey MICHAL I am running Comodo CIS 5.8 the latest version with Sandboxie and no problem at all here. Everything runs fine. No conflict, nothing. But of course I run Comodo CIS outside the sandbox, as it is mentioned here on the FAQ Virus, please read the very last Q and A: http://www.sandboxie.com/...

It seems like there might be a conflict between Comodo and Sandboxie. But you don't mention which specific Comodo product you're using, can you point me at the web page where I can download the particular Comodo software? If you look closer at the start of the post, you'll see that I did mention th...

Can you check if the connectivity issue is limited to Opera or also applies to other browsers? Hi, tzuk: Thanks for your support. A while ago, I tried to browse the web the way mentioned in the previous post using Firefox 3.6.20 - it won't even load (it reports that there is an instance of Firefox ...

Running Programs Sandboxed both through Sandboxie and Comodo
Hi, Sorry for posting this in case the issue has been discussed elsewhere in the forum - I couldn't find any topic about it. Within the last few days, I've been giving a spin to Comodo Internet Security 5.8.213334.2131 and decided to run Opera 11.60 1185 sandboxed both through Comodo and Sandboxie 3...

What I'm saying is that if you want me to look at a problem then you need to tell me what to look at. Just saying the name of a program is not going to be enough when the program is in Russian... And obviously I installed it in English mode, but it puts up a Russian GUI anyway, and I don't know wha...

I installed Lingoes and it seems to work fine. I tried GoldenDict but it's in Russian and you didn't tell me anything about using it. As for Allchars, I did not try that. Well, I can confirm that at least here (with Opera 11.60 1159 sandboxed), Lingoes 2.81 goes on not working at all, even after ch...

I don't know about the other two, but there should be Software Compatibility settings for Lingoes. Does the auto-detect not work or did you disable auto-detection in Software Compatibility? Thanks for your support. GoldenDict is a very popular program of its kind. Find it here: http://goldendict.or...
