Hmm i got bypass at absolitly new wmware windows and at my PC. What version of SB are u using and what is your OS? I use windows 7x64 and sboxy 4.14 (cos all changes in newer versions is for win 8 )

Man I clear the box fully. Some processes bypass virtualization and writes to regysrty. Only drop rights option can prevent it. But I never used this option before and thought what all system is protected from any changes.
