The popup means Instract.exe has crashed. What is it? I would guess its the application that opens when I run the installer file? Sorry, I don't speak computer so that might not make sense but when I click on "setup" that pops up after the SB run confirmation. (I'm trying to do a download offer on ...

Or you could just make a thread / PM Alan if you have any issues because there just might be the possibility he wants to keep the 'Announcements' section of the board neat and clean, like most all admins of forums do...

Hey there,
I have a Windows 8.1 Laptop. Everything works fine with Sandboxie until I try to run an unstaller.
I then get this error message:

I looked at the error code but I don't really understand it... can I fix this?
