I think that is kept in the registry. Block 123xyz.com (no www) and then registry search it.

Reinstall Sandboxie. Go to Sandboxie Control > Configure > Windows Shell Integration > "Run Sandboxed" Options. Uncheck where it says "Add Right Click action .....". Verify that the menu does not show an option to Run Sandboxed anymore. Uninstall Sandboxie.
