Re: Applications attempting to run in the sandbox they were downloaded in?
No I'm not running the applications in the original sandbox but I may have originally extracted them from their downloaded zip archive to a folder within the sandbox. I did attempt to reproduce the issue with madVR by uninstalling, downloading and extracting again in the 'download sandbox' before mo...

Applications attempting to run in the sandbox they were downloaded in?
Recently I have noticed a bizarre issue where applications that have been downloaded in a sandbox, moved out of that sandbox and then either run in an unsandboxed environment or in a different sandbox altogether will attempt to load in the sandbox they were originally downloaded in, as if they are s...

Re: Megadownloader SBIE2101 SBIE2314
Hello famadeus, The steps I posted before were tested with the latest beta (back when this post was updated version 5.17.5, but you can use the current one 5.17.6). + Windows 10. Try the latest beta and see if that helps: http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=23888 Regards, Barb. ...

Re: Megadownloader SBIE2101 SBIE2314
Hello PaulaTheKoala, I was able to get it to launch by opening 2 IPC paths. You will be punching holes to your Sandbox, so proceed with caution: In Sandboxie Control --> Configure --> Edit configuration Add these at the end of the config of your desired Sandbox: OpenIpcPath=MegaDownloader.exe,*\Bas...

Re: Netflix error while sandboxed
I have the exact same issue with Firefox 50 32-bit, Netflix videos will only play when FF is unsandboxed. Reinstalling the CDMs didn't help either.

Re: 5.11 Beta Available (latest version 5.11.10)
The latest version of Direct X available on Windows 7 - Direct X 11.1 (KB2670838) Realtek HD Audio Manager, which comes bundled with audio drivers/codecs. Again the latest version 2.79. Just fyi I did a quick test with 5.11.10 and also have the issues on that version. Direct X 11 is standard. as fo...

Re: 5.11 Beta Available (latest version 5.11.9)
Version 5.11.8 onwards seems to have introduced a number of issues for me on Windows 7 x64. None of these issues are present in 5.11.7, everything is working perfectly in that release. I initially went from 5.11.7 -> 5.11.9 and discovered these problems, I downloaded 5.11.8 to test and had the same...

Re: Firefox 44.0 (32-bit) crash using SBIE 5.07.5
The issue seems *crosses fingers* to finally have been fixed in Firefox 44.0.2. No crashes for me so far.

Re: Firefox 44.0 (32-bit) crash using SBIE 5.07.5
I just wanted to add that I also have Firefox 44.0 64-bit installed which uses the same user profile (so same extensions etc) and it doesn't seem to have the same issue.

Re: Firefox 44.0 (32-bit) crash using SBIE 5.07.5
Not sure if this is related but Firefox has also been crashing for me specifically when closing it since updating to 44.0. My sandbox is set to auto delete when closed. I was having the issue on 5.07.4 and currently on 5.07.5 (64-bit). Sandboxie gives message 'SBIE2224 Sandboxed program has crashed...

Re: 5.07 Beta Available (latest version 5.07.4)
5.07.4 is incorrectly detecting an iTunes installation on my system for some reason. Not a piece of software I've ever had installed.
