Sandboxie Control's window > Configure > Windows Shell Integration > "Run Sandboxed" Actions
"Add right-click action "Run Sandboxed" to files and folders" is checked.
If it's checked, you may want to uncheck and then check it again, just to be sure.

Re: Right Click Context Menu gone and cannot re-enable
For completeness, see if the other Sandboxie "Run Sandboxed" entry is also there: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\sandbox (Default) REG_SZ Run &Sandboxed Icon REG_SZ "C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\Start.exe" HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\sandbox\command (Default) REG_SZ "C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\Star...

Re: Right Click Context Menu gone and cannot re-enable
I assume that you mean the "Run Sandboxed" entry that appears on the File Manager (Windows Explorer) right-click menu. A reinstall should put two "Run Sandboxed" entries in the Registry. One is for use with files, and the other is used with folders. You could look to see if they are there, using the...

Re: Environment variables
If you want to specify an OpenFilePath you should open Sandboxie Control's window. Right-click the sandbox name and then Sandbox Settings > Resource Access > File Access > Direct Access If it will apply only to one program (safest choice), click "Add Program" and select that program. Otherwise, sele...

Re: Sandbox delete command - Snapshot tool
My memory was wrong about the meaning of the Creation date. I have found how the program's creator worded it: The file creation date is changed to a special magic number for deleted files. In a file properties dialogs, it shows Friday, May 23, 1986, 15:47:02 . I also found another post from a forum ...

Re: Sandbox delete command - Snapshot tool
I have been creating a little program to use as a sandbox deletion tool which in essence allows a sandbox to be loaded from an initial snapshot. It works for the most part but I am having issues with saving deletions in the snapshot. The deleted item will re-appear after the snapshot is loaded. I a...

Re: Program Compatibility Templates [non-security programs]
Today I learned that the issue is a known bug, supposedly fixed in version 2.91. I retested 2.91 today in a new Firefox profile and still experience the problem. I ll keep using UBO. No problem here with 2.91, using 64-bit Cyberfox. The add-on Ghostery keeps it's data in the same profile folder: %A...

Re: Program Compatibility Templates [non-security programs]
Recent versions of AdBlock Plus no longer save data to the browser's profile folder in "adblockplus\patterns.ini" Recent versions will delete the "patterns.ini" file when they are installed. If you no longer have a "patterns.ini" file in that folder, you need to define a new Direct Access setting. D...

Re: Security: Preserve ADS Zone Info When Recovering Files
I'm not so sure that I would want that saved:

Re: Auto Immediate Recovery extension of Quick Recovery.
You can used the Edit/Add button to enter your exclusion. The " * " is a wild card that matches any file name, and the ".jpg" limits the exclusion to files with that extension. Personally, I like to first use the "Add Program" button to enter the .exe name of the program that's taking the screenshot...

I haven't used it, but there's a "No Delete" utility in the "Contributed Utilities and Templates" section of this forum, which might be useful:

Re: Creating a sandbox through a command
The program SbieIni.exe , in Sandboxie Control's Program files folder, is used to create sandboxes or to modify/remove settings in existing sandboxes, using the command line. Frankly, it is awkward to use and I do not recommend using it. When I was experimenting with using SbieIni.exe I used Windows...
