The Answer is simple: As long as you only run a browser or any other app in the sandbox there is not really a need for Spybot, Spyware Blaster, (?Ewido) I dont know so I can not say its no longer needed :). MS Antispyware is not bad and so I would leave it on the machine as it does not "eat bread :)...
