Please post if you ever find any Android emulator which works installed in sandbox OR portable one (running in sandbox without installing on host).

This may happen if you update FF outside of sandbox and then choose to restart while the next FF instance starts in sandbox. Just open FF once again outside of sandbox.

According to the firefox site the x64 version hasn't been released, so there may be issues with it. According to which site exactly? What you mean by 'the new'? I currently use FF43b5 x64 and it works fine with SBIE 5.06. First stable x64 was 42 (however FF42 has way to sensitive dropped frames detector && disables hardware decoding for entire browser session, which makes it unusable).

I upgraded to Firefox 43b5 via build-in auto-update tool and the issue was back.

Then I deleted taskbar item, ran unsandboxed FF and pinned the icon again. Seems to work fine again.

Dunno how SBIE handles this in code, but by default on Windows 10 MS Edge is used to open pdf. SBIE should open IE instead of Edge in case Edge is default web browser. Dunno if this works in case of pdf. IE probably can't open pdf
