Sandboxie Support

First time user of sandboxie here, technically pretty clueless. I also use idm but am unclear how to set it up for sandboxie. I have idm set up to save files on the desktop. So do I change this to say a folder elsewhere and then sandbox that folder....how? I don't understand much of the chat above, ...
