Re: Sandboxie Not Deleting
I'm back... Just closed IE 11, waited 15 minutes for SB to delete the SB, but not even the red X appeared. I then went to manually delete the contents, and received the following Error Msg.: "Some sandboxed programs could not be stopped. The contents of the sandbox will not be deleted." There were N...

Re: Sandboxie Not Deleting
Hello Again, Okay, I did some more testing today, still running SB v5.20 (my old favorite) and here are the results: Upon closing Outlook 2007, SB deleted the files and the red X cleared. Upon closing Thunderbird v52.6.0.6597, SB deleted the files and the red X cleared. Upon closing Firefox v59.0.1....

Sandboxie Not Deleting
Hello, My problem started with v5.24 then overwritten with v5.22 and then v5.20 and all do the following: Upon close of IE 11, v11.0.9600.18860, the red X appears, but remains static. If I manually choose to delete the Sandbox, SB shows the number of folders and files accumulated and if I click Dele...

4.02 is buggy for me as well
Hi Tzuk, I've installed v4.02 twice. The first time, SB didn't act right, so I gave it another shot a couple of days later. My PC is running Win7 Ultimate 64-Bit and I normally use IE9. After installation overwrite of previous version, SB would not open the browser on first try. On second try the br...

Sandboxie USUALLY Does Not Delete Contents Upon Close
Hi Tzuk,
Yes, you have the correct Web site. I mistakenly added an "L" to the name.
I haven't had any problems with SB closing properly after disabling Do Not Track Plus.

Sandboxie USUALLY Does Not Delete Contents Upon Close
Hi Tzuk, DNTPService never showed any visible open windows. I tried your suggestion, but never got the SBIE about that particular service, so I was leery about setting anything to "hide." I decided to disable that service and return Sandboxie to normal status. Too bad that Albine's Do Not Track Plus...

Post subject: Sandboxie USUALLY Does Not Delete Contents Upo
Hi Tzuk,
Here's what's showing:
SandboxieRpcSs.exe - 5228
SandboxieDcomLaunch.exe - 5500
DNTPService.exe - 7768
SandboxieCrypto.exe - 2772
That's all. I'd add a screenprint, but not sure how attach it.
Hope this helps,
Mike

Sandboxie USUALLY Does Not Delete Contents Upon Close
Hi Tzuk,
Well, DNTPService.exe is ticked for Sandboxie to close it if it lingers, but it still doesn't get closed and Sandboxie still has the red dots. This still happens after a reboot.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Mike

Sandboxie USUALLY Does Not Delete Contents Upon Close
Hi Tzuk,
The only non-Sandboxie file still running was DNTPService.exe, part of Albine's Do Not Track Plus. I've followed your directions and will assume that this problem is solved.
Thanks!

Tzuk,
Yes, there are always red dots and the red dots stay there when it doesn't delete.
Yes, I have the Delete invocation setting checked.

Sandboxie USUALLY Does Not Delete Contents Upon Close
Hi Tzuk,
I wish that was it, but it's not. I ended a session at least 20 minutes ago, and when I came back, Sandboxie still had not deleted the files, so I deleted them and started a new session.

Sandboxie USUALLY Does Not Delete Contents Upon Close
Hi, I am running Win7 Ultimate 64-bit with Sandboxie 3.74 (64-bit). The problem I experience is that MOST of the time, Sandboxie does not delete its contents upon closing if IE9, but SOMETIMES it does. This has happened for at least the last three versions (3.66, 3.72, 3.74), ever since switching to...

Hi Tzuk,
I guess "third time's the charm," as I have been trying 3.40 for the past few days and have not experienced the problems I had the first two tries.
Regards,
Mike
