Re: 5.13 Beta Available (latest version 5.13.5)
We do not test Steam. Games like that are to be installed ON YOUR host & then (possibly) run as sandboxed. This is the recommended Sandboxie way & has been for over a year. We do not guarantee any program will install into the SB. While that is a feature, it was never a core intention and cannot ap...

Re: 5.13 Beta Available (latest version 5.13.5)
I was using beta version 5.13.4 and was having issues with steam whenever downloading or deleting, it would freeze and at times crash steam I had to revert to 5.12 to get it to work again, hope you guys can manage to fix that issue. And I do not wanna hear "it is not intended to be used with steam" ...

Re: Possible Security flaw [SOLVED] [unfounded]
GOG will install, but it will not run correctly. If you install it directly into the sb. It wants to run an update every time it runs, so I has to talk with the service. The service is installed on your machine, either by you or GOG (if you had GOG galaxy, etc) installed previoulsy. As for forcing,...

Re: Possible Security flaw [SOLVED] [unfounded]
I do have paid version of SBIE. Also how would I force all GOG processes to run in SBIE when it is supposed to already be forced since it writes inside the sandbox folder where as far as I've seen all things are forced to their specific sandbox. Also while SBIE is good to test software it is also VE...

Possible Security flaw [SOLVED] [unfounded]
I'd like to point out a small Security flaw that isn't very safe, if you attempt to install https://www.gog.com/galaxy in Sandboxie it'll install and when you try to run it, it'll run outside of sandboxie despite never being installed there, if a video game client can do something like that I fear w...

Re: Sandboxie GUI update
I use the Recovery files and folders view a lot, although I'd prefer a button available on the GUI and not through the tooltips but I prefer it to going through folders manually

Re: Sandboxie controllver v5+
Well it's a shield controller from Nvidia although to my knowledge uses xinput the only extra driver it has is for the touchpad and I'm not specifically trying to install the driver in the sandbox It's already on my host.

Re: Sandboxie controllver v5+
the controller works, but isn't recognized in sandboxed envireonments, and I don't want it to use a specific controller if anything I wanna know if there's a way to allow it to use specific device "groups" so I can simply just allow it to read and modify where the controller is located in my device ...

Sandboxie controller v5+ [SOLVED]
I started googling since I was unable to use a controller in sandboxie for video games, which bothers me a little since I saw that below v4 had hardware access but had it removed, I have seen no posts about how to get it enabled and my google results all led to openpipe which doesn't specify in any ...
